The two best Enhancement Shamans I’ve seen in Cataclysm PVP happen to be in my guild: Kashmír and Kømuri.
For some odd reason they both have names that start with a “K” and contain a special character, which makes it a pain in the ass whenever I want to write their name. But I digress.
My 2v2 Arena videos have drawn quite a bit of attention from Enhancement Shamans, and they’ve been asking questions for PVP. All I really know about Enhancement Shamans is they have pet wolves, can shift into wolf form, drop totems, and are ambidextrously able to smack opponents around with both hands. So I’m not really qualified to answer most questions.
Kashmír and Kømuri love talking PVP with other players, and Kashmír has already been answering questions on the Arena video posts here.
Kømuri played a Rogue on an EU server in 2v2 in previous Arena seasons (i.e. at level 80) to 2.2+K Rating. I’ve run BGs with him and he is an exceptional player and very knowledgeable about Arena and PVP in general.
Kømuri said that he is willing to answer questions and make videos on subjects that Enhancement Shamans are curious about. He is not going to narrate his videos, but my understanding is that he will annotate his videos with text to describe what he’s doing.

kashmir, one of my pathers with is a shammy ench, as me somethin “why he use slow ench on his both weapon if he can deal more damage another” i dont know shammy skill but he sad +- like this, and, i dont know where he saw your weapon enchent, so, i sad “probably; they use slow to both then hit 1 enemy while another one are on hex/stun/desable”.
could you justify his question ?
Ill try to answer that, so let me see if I understood your question correctly:
You want to know if using double Frost Band(snare weapon enhancement) is useful and viable for pvp?
My answer will be NO. There are a lot of reasons to this, but the most important one is, you dont need it. Shamans have a lot of other snare abilities (FS,UE,EB totem).
Aside from that, FB is the least damaging ability for enh shamans overall, and (from my game style PoV) you will be needing that MH Wind Fury for extra attacks = extra crits = extra 30% melee haste =e xtra maelstorm weapon stacks = etc…

Hey Kømuri, I was really curious what keybindings/macros you use. I have been playing around with a few but I find myself still having to use the mouse occasionally and it is costing me.
Well, i’ve got everything keybound. I use a 5 buttons mouse, also R T Y G H V A Q Z SPACE 1 2 3 5 6 and shift+(mouse, space)
Well, I use a basic macro for lava lash and storm strike:
/startattack
/petattack
/castsequence reset=7 Stormstrike, Lava Lash
Also cast=focus for Hex Purge and Wind Shear, and cast=name for heals and curse dispel.
I keybind all the spells and macros i have, I use:
5 mouse bottons, R,T,G,H,Y,V,Q,A,1,2,3,5,6,SPACEBAR and shift+(m1,m2,m3,m4,m5,spacebar).
And I believe that is it.
PS: Yes, I use spacebar for a spell and not for jumping, I jump with W and move with EDFS
